At Ed-U-Care Learning
Center, we have a firm commitment to provide your child with
a high quality, developmentally appropriate program for
infants through 5 years old age, and a program for
school-age children. We will provide a warm , loving
atmosphere that ensures the safety and well-being of each
child and sensitivity to each families needs and
preferences. In this environment our goals are to encourage
each child’s individual growth in the following areas:
Intellectual Development in the areas of Language and
Literacy, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Art and
Music; Personal and Social Development through group
cooperation and self-control; Emotional Development through
the understanding of their feelings and emotions , as well
as formulating ways of coping with them; and Physical
Development through activities that strengthen gross and
fine motor skills and personal health and safety. Through
the guidance of the staff, each child will be given the
opportunity to achieve individual successes in each
different area. Each class will be handled in a positive,
non-threatening manner, which stimulates individual growth,
development and a positive self-image. Each child will learn
through first-hand experiences, structured and unstructured
play activities, and involvement with their peers.
